WinWel dabbles in drum and bass on new single ‘Am I Enough?’
With the release of his debut EP Sweet Dreams via Circus Records late last year, which preceded an official remix for Flux Pavilion’s single “Endless Fantasy,” WinWel is riding high in 2022.
The 22-year old producer’s dreamy brand of futuristic and melodic productions seems to be continuously resonating with a growing international audience and he is now returning to tastemaker label Frequency Music with his latest single “Am I Enough.”
Following “Sometimes It Just Feels Good To Be Sad,” which marked the promising Dutch talent’s vocal debut, “Am I Enough” carries on WinWel’s story, infusing his own experiences into the track’s lyrics and the melodies.
“Am I Enough” finds WinWel experiment in drum & bass for the first time, curating a vibe that is as pensive as it is infectious. Starting off with minimal synths under the his own emotional vocals, the tune quickly builds up into a lush showcase of sound design and sample selection, making up for one of the young prodcuer’s most impressive productions to date.
