KILL SCRIPT—who was named one of Dancing Astronaut’s Artists To Watch in 2022—has submitted the final draft of his highly-anticipated EP, GALACTIC RAVE EP. The EP’s formative offering had arrived on October 7 via Thrive Music and “EMPTY SPACE” now lands to rounding out a trio of techno gems, including “ATMOS” and “GALACTIC,” which now comprise the sci-fi-influenced producer’s third EP of the calendar year.

KILL SCRIPT took to Twitter to announce that “EMPTY SPACE” marks the final piece of the GALACTIC RAVE EP, also sharing a short-form visualizer for the abrasive new techno record. He also shared a message that speaks to its larger meaning and production approach, stating,

“EMPTY SPACE is a track meant for the late night but also plays on the idea of being lost in your thoughts. This empty space, there’s no escape. Some of us feel that there’s no escape from our own world we have put ourselves in, but that is just an illusion. Combining hard techno drums and a brooding bass line rattles the dance floor and the vocal makes the listener think about their own empty space and what it means to them.”
