Kx5 have continued to roll out originals ahead of their highly anticipated headlining performance at the Los Angeles Coliseum on December 10. Leveraging the voice of British singer-songwriter James French, Kx5 have created another vocally driven deep, dark techno cut on “Avalanche.” Maybe the closest thing to true techno that Kx5 has produced thus far, “Avalanche” is an up-tempo mix of progressive melodies and a business-techno bassline. “Avalanche” marks Kx5’s first single since October’s “Alive” featuring The Moth & The Flame.

Breaking boundaries within deep and heavy house and techno-inspired styles, Kaskade and deadmau5 continue to reaffirm their time-tested dominance over the last two decades. The fourth single to be premiered before Kx5’s upcoming 2023 album, “Avalanche” is the duo’s most unique to date, and a satiating holdover ahead of the pair’s upcoming LA outing.
