Bleu Clair didn’t want to let too much time pass in 2023 before he unlocked what he accurately labeled his “most requested ID of 2022.” The former Dancing Astronaut Artist to Watch sent off his previous calendar with both his five-sided New Age of House EP and its coinciding two-part edit pack. And for his first original since his Prelude successor, he’s celebrating the announcement of his first-ever Tomorrowland appearance this July—which doubles as his European debut—with the self-release of “Step Into It.”

Originally debuted during his back-to-back alongside Matroda at EDC Las Vegas’ 2022 edition and then reintroduced within his sixth BLEUPRINT mix series installment, “Step Into It” wholly epitomizes everything that had propelled Bleu Clair into the tech-house limelight over the previous handful of years. And it’s completely understandable as to why it remained the ID that listeners were seeking out the most, with Bleu Clair lacing an retro-like, earworm vocal around a disco-instilled production that finds itself sitting atop his musical record alongside some of his most lauded originals.
