Palm Tree Festival curates Apres-ski ready Orbit Playlist with Aspen debut
While Kygo and the Palm Tree Crew are renowned for their sunny beaches and elegant, tropical destinations (Croatia, Cabo), they decided to shift gears this winter in making their Colorado debut. On February 24 – 25 at Aspen’s Rio Grande Park, Palm Tree Festival collaborated with Aspen’s iconic venue Belly Up to create the ultimate Après-ski event. For context, Belly Up is located in the heart of Aspen, and has seen Diplo, Kaskade, and more come through in the last few years, with other superstars like Illenium and Madeon already booked through this Spring, making them the perfect partner for a party on the slopes.
Palm Tree’s Aspen installment featured performances from Kygo, legendary rock guitarist Jack White, Gryffin, Forester, King Princess, and more. It was a lineup suitable for dance music and pure music lovers alike, primed for Dancing Astronaut to team up with the festival for an ORBIT playlist that encapsulates the blended soundscapes. This one features instant crowd pleasers like the Kygo’s “Stole The Show,” his Gryffin collaboration “Woke Up in Love,” historic tracks from Jack White, Forester’s 2022 hit single “All I Need,” and more.
