Kryder unveils rework of Delerium’s iconic trance classic, ‘Silence’

When it comes to modern remixes of vintage trance gems, few do it better than Kryder. The UK-born and Ibiza-based talent has established a glowing reputation for sprinkling his golden touch on the classics over the years, previously reworking Chicane’s “Saltwater” and York’s “On the Beach.” Now, he’s unveiled a batch of fresh fire, via his rework of the Delerium classic, “Silence.” Maintaining the same iconic Sarah McLachlan vocal from the original, Kryder then launches into a tribal-infused drop, spinning his own unique signature style on the release.

Arriving on Armin van Buuren’s Armada Music label, the track follows an exciting period of announcements for Kryder, who will be performing in Stockholm as part of “Steve Angello & Friends” next month, in addition to several Ibiza dates this Summer, as he supports David Guetta at ‘F**K Me I’m Famous’ in Ushuaia, and Robin Schulz at his forthcoming Pacha residency. Blessing this classic with the same high-energy, and hip-swaying grooves we’ve come to expect from the Kryder back-catalogue, you can check this one out below. A true classic from the trance catalogue, given a full 2023 reimagining.
