DubVision bring techno to STMPD RCRDS with ‘Fine Day’

It’s a new era of DubVision. In the days leading up to their debut at The Brooklyn Mirage—on back-to-back evenings immediately following the STMPD RCRDS boss—Victor and Stephan Leicher confirmed that a slew of IDs would be presented for the first time to a Williamsburg audience. One of those tracks—which they’d already been crowd-testing for a few weeks at that point—has been converted into their next original release on Martin Garrix‘s label. And that release is officially known as “Fine Day.”

Sampling OPUS III’s 90’s classic, “Fine Day”—their STMPD RCRDS release follow-up to “P.R.O.G.2“—sees the brothers widen their production reach into an area they’d yet to explore: techno. Immediately creating daydream of what a future crossover with Hardwell could potentially sound like, “Fine Day” is yet another open-and-shut case behind DubVision’s decade-plus longevity, re-engineering their approach through elements of trance, Future Rave, and techno while still preserving what has consistently affirmed their stance as certified legends in the dance music scene. Stream “Fine Day” below.
