Anyma, Rebuke’s ‘Syren’ marks the final piece to ‘Genesys’

Following many months of anticipation, Anyma will finally unleash his debut album Genesys on Dancing Astronaut‘s reigning Label of the Year, Afterlife. Just in time for Tomorrowland, Anyma and Rebuke have released “Syren” as one last album single before the big unveil. One of the darkest, most tantalizing records on the upcoming Genesys, “Syren” builds upon Rebuke’s bass driven techno and Anyma’s visionary use of progressive synths. An energetic and up-tempo track, “Syren” is once again accompanied by an Alessandro de Vecchi visual that includes an AI and Medusa inspired figure.

In addition to the release of Anyma and Rebuke’s first ever collaboration, Anyma announced at Tomorrowland Weekend 1 that Genesys will be released on August 11. Spanning 14 tracks in total, Genesys will include many of Anyma’s previously released singles including “Consciousness,” “Eternity,” and “The Sign”. However, many of Anyma’s highly anticipated IDs will also at last be shared including “Save Me,” “Samsara,” “Walking With A Ghost,” and a few more. While RÜFÜS DU SOL‘s un-named collaboration has been confirmed “to be up next”, it is still unknown if the song will be featured on Genesys. With the album less than a week away, “Syren” is here to get us through the week.
