Colyn heads to Rose Avenue Records for new EP, ‘Cyclone’
Colyn has unveiled his latest sonic odyssey in the form of a new EP, Cyclone. Available now via RÜFÜS DU SOL‘s Rose Avenue Records, the Dutch maestro has curated four spell binding tracks of melodic techno. Following a mesmerizing 28-minute journey through euphoric and effervescent melodies, Colyn is back with another round of dynamic records and having recently played Coachella, Tomorrowland, Afterlife Ibiza, and more, he’s only just getting started with his musical journey.
Sharing his thoughts on the EP, Colyn explained “the title track ‘Cyclone’ has been a staple in [his] sets over the last months, with its signature trance-inspired theme and a powerful climax it always delivers.” The EP’s trajectory spans from the aforementioned “Cyclone” to the progressive crescendos of “Signal Received,” the captivating sonic layers of “Rushing,” and concludes with the enigmatic “Action XI.” From start to finish, Cyclone embodies Colyn’s forward-thinking and emotionally evocative sound.
