Nicky Romero, TELYKAST, and Linney align on ‘Desire’
Nicky Romero has teamed up with TELYKAST and singer-songwriter Linney for their energy filled single, “Desire”. The third track to his forthcoming Nightvision EP, “Desire” continues to explore the future rave and big room techno genres. Released via Nicky Romero’s very own Protocol Recordings, “Desire” is arguably the liveliest track on the EP, with progressive synths primed for festival main stages. Marking the first time that TELYKAST or Linney have collaborated with the Protocol Recordings label boss, “Desire” expertly blends the skills and vocals of each individual artist.
Tapping into a new genre, Linney is one of the most diverse singers in the game featuring collaborations with Champagne Drip, Kill Script, Marlo, and more. Recruiting TELYKAST to assist on the melody and bassline, the two producers have certainly created another record with pop-dance appeal. Having remixed songs from Khalid, Tate McRae, Jennifer Lopez, and more, TELYKAST has found their rhythm with the mixture of pop vocals and dynamic basslines.
