First released back in 2012, “Raven” by Proxy was a rave-inspired techno cut that was years ahead of it’s time. Dark, heavy, and full of raw emotion, “Raven” was designed for European nightclubs. Out now on Tiga‘s Turbo Recordings, Mathame have at last shared their uptempo rework of the original. After releasing their debut album MEMO back in June, the Italian brother duo has seen high praise across the music industry. Serving as a follow up to the brothers’ first record since “Many Times” with CamelPhat, “Raven” is a high-octane edit of a nostalgic techno song.

An ID in Mathame’s set lists since July of 2022, melodic techno fans have been eagerly awaiting the official release of the “Raven” remix. While Mathame are known for their stripped-back emotional productions, their latest remix strays away from their usual sound and heads to new territory.
