Matroda winds down 2023 with last single of the year, ‘The Funk You Want,’ with POLOVICH
Matroda and rising talent POLOVICH bring “The Funk You Want” on their final release of 2023, arriving via the Croatian producer’s Terminal Underground. The rhythmic delight marries a bass-minded melody with tech-house, making for a hip shaker that will continue to enjoy live play out well into 2024, which Matroda will conclude with performances at Academy and Countdown NYE on December 30 and 31, respectively. The former, notably, marks Matroda’s first-ever Terminal Underground Showcase in Los Angeles and will feature sets from the label head himself, as well as Bruno Furlan, Friendly Fire, Milan, and San Pacho, with special guests to boot.
