Hedex, who recently worked alongside drum ’n’ bass fixtures Chase & Status and ArrDee on “Liquor and Cigarettes,” impresses his contemporary, high-energy drum ’n’ bass signature on the track while BassLayerz, comprising mic man MC Spyda, emcee Blu Bomma, and selector Slipz, contribute their established vocal and production prowess, as does Tiësto. The result is a track that captures the essence of modern drum ’n’ bass while showcasing each collaborator’s unique but complementary contribution.
