ZHU’s ‘Paradise Awaits.’ drops with NightDay EP Pre-order
Music fans are always looking for the best kept secret, and ZHU may be 2014's poster child as the next big thing. For months, momentum has been escalating as release after release started getting play from the likes of Pete Tong and Danny Howard. After hitting #1 play of the week on Triple J, things picked up a couple of days ago with this teaser, revealing a mysterious date and track listing that hints at a possible EP release. This morning, a pre-order listing on iTunes for The NightDay was revealed. With a full six track listing, this monster debut comes with a nice surprise with the pre-order: "Paradise Awaits," possibly the best track of the bunch that includes blog favorites "Faded.' and 'Superfriends.' With far more falsetto crooning and a killer dark production fit for inebriated nights, this kid has serious production and music writing tricks up his sleeve.
