Verboten announces StageONE, an outdoor festival series on the Brooklyn waterfront
New York’s underground party brand Verboten has quite the summer in store for the New York dance music faithful. Weekend Rewind: Cirez D – The Tumble (Original Mix)
With forthcoming Cirez D tracks set to release in the coming weeks, it's only appropriate to revisit Eric Prydz's past techno-inspired productions. "The Tumble" will forever be slated as a Cirez D classic; its fitting title depicts how Prydz delicately layered and programed the 2010 release. The track features an endless array of rolling percussions that mount to a subtle yet distinct drop. With a long hiatus from the Cirez D moniker, the Pryda man has some tracks readied for a release. You can check them out here.
Rise And Fall – The Glow (Richard Knott Remix)
Having first caught our attention with his Pryda Friends release last year, Richard Knott continues to demonstrate his production prowess with his latest remix to Rise and Fall's "The Glow." The original track lays the groundwork for a dark and deep house cut, and Knott brings the track to life with a heightened tempo and brooding chord progressions. Constructing a web of dreamy synth work, Richard's rendition of "The Glow" is both timeless and hypnotic, quickly ensnaring you in its bassy groove.
