Ministry of Sound presents Miami Sessions 2013
In addition to Winter Music Conference, Ultra Music Festival, and all the Miami Music Week parties one could ask for, March brings an onslaught of compilations geared towards the season's festivities. Ministry of Sound is proud to present Miami Sessions 2013, a 28-track collection rounded out by two mixes -- one dubbed "The Pool," the other "The Club." Serving dance options to keep feet moving at either setting, this year's Miami Sessions comes packed with records from the likes of Deadmau5, Fedde Le Grand, Hardwell, and Alesso, while deeper grooves are offered by artists such as Jamie Jones, Maya Jane Coles, and Umek among others.
Seven Lions captivates the imagination at Give Back festival, offers commentary on set
Jeff Montalvo, or Seven Lions as his stage name goes, has proved to be one of OWSLA's most promising new talents. The Santa Barbara dubstep producer took over Sacramento last week with the help of Tritonal and Topher Jones for Midnite Events' annual Give Back show, throwing down a 75 minute set of riveting dubstep, house and trance offerings.

Justin Martin & tINI at Highline Ballroom (event review)
Last weekend the Verboten party brand packed out New York’s Highline Ballroom for the return of Dirtybird co-head Justin Martin alongside Desolat queen Tini. Martin played fittingly to his peak-hour time slot and showcased everything from techno to tech house and even some trap.
