Good Morning Mix: Cash Cash Royalty Radio 6
Cash Cash's 6th iteration of Royalty Radio comes with the announcement of their supporting performance for Krewella on Halloween night in New York City. A taste of the type of set to expect from the New Jersey-based trio, Royalty Radio 6 is a blend of big room electro with pop sensibilities that features a daring track selection spanning multiple sounds and styles. Opening with Don Diablo and CID's "Prototype" the mix moves through a robust selection of high-octane electro, trap, techno and even drum and bass. Pairing GTA's remix of "Saturn" up against Adrian Lux and Marcus Schossow's "Wild Child," Cash Cash do well to keep the mix interesting and listener's on their toes. A cocktail of genres that steps outside of the festival friendly sect to get heavy with Noisia's remix of "Bug Hunt" and lighten things up with the dub edit of Peter and the Magician's "On My Brain."
Cash Cash – Take Me Home (Jordy Dazz Remix) [Preview]
Jordy Dazz returns after releasing "Jumpfold" on Smash the House records, this time with an electro freaked version of Cash Cash's "Take Me Home." Keeping Bebe Rexha's sugary sweet dance pop vocals intact, Jordy dirties up the original's melodies into gritty synthetic growls. Placing Rexha's vocals in a bombed out, electro-fried shell of Cash Cash's dance pop original, Dazz does well to re-establish the track in an entirely new genre.
Cash Cash – Take Me Home feat. Bebe Rexha (Alex Guesta & Yan Kings Remix) [Preview]
New Jersey-based trio Cash Cash have been making waves in the ocean of electronic music since the release of their supersized remix of Krewella's "Alive." Heavily supported by Hardwell and Nicky Romero, the trio continue on their rise up the EDM-ladder with the release of "Take Me Home," their next festival-friendly output featuring the vocal stylings of Bebe Rexha. Turning over the track for remix duties to Alex Guesta & Yan Kings, two up-and-coming electro house talents, the boys allow "Take Me Home" to be transformed into an electro behemoth - one that stutters and chops with an aggressive kick and gritty peak time synthesis.
