Counterpoint gets new location for 2014 festival, will take over Kingston Downs next April he 2nd installment of Counterpoint Festival will be held from April 25th - 27th just outside of Rome, Georgia at Kingston Downs, home of the Atlanta Steeplechase for the past 20 years.
