DA Premiere: Fake Blood – Waiting (Original Mix)
British club pioneer, Fake Blood, preps the release of his return to the dance music conversation with the release of a forthcoming 3-track EP dubbed Waiting. Appropriately titled, the low-fi house mechanic has kept fans waiting for a new release for some time. Teetering on the edge of mainstream appeal and tastemaking poise, the EP's title track pairs shifty percussive flairs with stunning piano work to provide a slow-brewed vocal house track designed for 7am comedowns and foggy sunrises. Having already previewed "Tell Me Nothing" and "Get Myself Together," it's now clear that Fake Blood's return was well worth the wait.
