Faustix & Imanos feat. Noosa – Moonlight (Original Mix) [Free Download]
Faustix & Imanos return to production duties using a sample from Noosa's "Fear of Love" to blur the lines between progressive house and trap on "Moonlight." Featured on Imanos', Love Trap #2 mixtape, "Moonlight" initially develops as a driving big room output driven by Sky Barbarick's enchanting vocal presence. That is until the track reaches its climax and the duo unleash a trap breakdown that bubbles and pops underneath a barrage of hi-hat crashes and snare shots.
Faustix & Imanos – Ambulance (Original Mix) [Free Download]
Over the past year, James Somani and Morten Olsen have begun to establish themselves as a production duo to watch, receiving support from Diplo and Laidback Luke. After their impressive success with a slew of remixes earlier this year, Faustix & Imanos return with their first original release of 2012, "Ambulance." A progressive/acid house hybrid that builds with big room, progressive synths and then smashes the dancefloor with a bone-rattling acid breakdown. Producers often find it hard translating their remixing abilities into original work, but these two have done it with ease. Released today as a free download via Strictly Rhythm this one is too good to overlook.
Adrian Lux feat. Dante – Burning (Faustix & Imanos Remix)
Faustix & Imanos are back with their rendition of Adrian Lux's "Burning." Released on Ultra Records alongside the Ivan Gough & Feenixpawl remix, Faustix & Imanos's rendition features a stronger melody and a longer build, complete with that well-produced progressive breakdown we've come to expect from these New York natives. If you loved the original "Burning" but just wish it had a little more punch than you'll love this remix.
Free Download: Sato Goldschlag – Mr. Mister feat. Wynter Gordon (Faustix & Imanos Remix)
Faustix and Imanos are back; this time with a punchy remix of Sato Goldschlag's "Mr. Mister." Wynter's sinewy vocals are combined with echoing big room chords and an energetic breakdown destined to destroy dance floors. The delicate balance of gritty bass, chopped-up snares, and massive vocals makes this remix a must for any DJ's crate.
