Dillon – Thirteen Thirtyfive (Lee Foss & MK Remix)
Hot Creations boss Lee Foss teams up house legend MKto offer up a remix to Dillon’s “Thirteen Thirtyfive.” Dillon's original version lends beautifully lends itself to a more dance-friendly remake with Lee & MK's slabs of deeper nu-disco we've seen a lot in recent months. The enhancements make for a track full of gloomy chord sequences that are both edgy and bizarre.
Corey Baker – The Chase EP
Corey Baker is probably a name with which you're not yet familiar, but especially this time around we encourage you to give his latest and greatest, The Chase EP, a listen. Corey Baker is better known as a member of Wildkats, a UK-based trio who've released records on labels from Hot Creations to Get Physical to Akbal Music, but this is his first solo production and it's out this week on MEXA Records.
With launch of new website, Hot Natured supergroup gift new track ‘Assimilation’
Hot Natured, the supergroup consisting of Jamie Jones, Lee Foss, Luca C and vocalist Ali Love, has returned off the major commercial success of "Benediction" with a new website and a new (free) track. Usually we're a bit more wary of falling prey to such shameless marketing ploys, but we're definitely willing to pay the price of an email signup for a free Hot Natured track. "Assimilation" is a straightforward track driven by squealing synths and a paunchy bassline and peppered with funky guitar licks and bongos. This is a far less epic track than "Benediction" but definitely still satisfies anyone's Hot Creations appetite.

The latest installment of these Hot Waves samplers is just as strong as ever; highlighting tracks from HNQO, Alexis Raphael, Anabel Englund, Blond:ish, and Marco Darko to start.
Jamie Jones releases Changes EP on brand new HOTTRAX label
It's not like Jamie Jones really needed to impress us any more this year, but today he is out with the first release on his new label HOTTRAX, a subsidiary of his Hot Creations label with Lee Foss. Hot Creations has been churning out some of this biggest hits in the underground world this year and it seems Jamie is using this opportunity to release music with more of an underground tinge. The Changes EP features three heavy tracks -- "Changes," "Road To The Studio," and "No Rush" -- and demonstrates his ability to create tracks that are both tightly produced and classic in nature. Check out the previews below, this one was released today but will be digitally available on January 7th.
Lee Foss brings pop-tinged deep house to SRB in Brooklyn
The underground is alive and well in Brooklyn, championed by the Verboten brand and the emerging deep and tech house scene. At the forefront of this movement is Lee Foss who, along side Jaime Jones, make up the deep house duo Hot Natured, whose recent release "Benediction" has launched them both into the spotlight. The Verboten parties, with their no nonsense, stripped down aesthetic -- one where the music comes first -- have begun to gain serious traction in the developing New York City scene. While countless other venues have hosted deep and techie artists, SRB in Brooklyn has become the unofficial headquarters of the underground movement.
With Back in Flight School, Miguel Campbell reminds the dance music world why LPs still matter
Last year Leeds-based producer and DJ Miguel Campbell made his Hot Creations debut with the release of his hit single "Something Special." The track was discovered by Jamie Jones a year prior at Miami Music Week, and fully embodies the throwback deep house sound that Campbell has come to represent. With said release, his recent Essential Mix, and this Back In Flight School artist album, he is showing that he is not a one-track success, but more likely music producer that is pioneering a wave of inspirational sounds within the realms of the deep house craze. Read on to hear our take on this impressive album from the man himself.
