The final panel of EDMBiz Day 2 this year was owned by the festivals. With some of the world's largest festival promoters lined up on the conference's stage together, it was a bit of a rare opportunity to hear these mastermind planners speak on some of the top issues and topics of the hour -- anything from "boutique festivals" to radius clauses to sponsorships.

Insomniac CEO Pasquale Rotella told the New York Post that they'll be "stepping it up [EDC Las Vegas] year," and focusing the "largest percentage of [the] money [on] production" -- a statement that falls right in line with Insomniac's priority to cater to the fans as "headliners" rather than superstar DJs.
