Lupe Fiasco x Jill Scott – Daydreamin (ANGELZ Edit) [Free Download]

Say what you will about Lupe Fiasco's most recent work but back in 2006 his debut album Food and Liquor earned him a heap of hype as one of hip hop's most exciting new talents. As G-House has seen its rise plenty of classic cuts have been given a beat-based makeover and now it is Lupe's turn. Taking on the Jill Scott supported "Daydreamin," G-house mechanics ANGELZ twist one of Lupe's best into a murky, afterhours warehouse haunt. Pitched down and dreary with a gauntlet of strange samples and raucous drum programming, ANGELZ turn Lupe's daydream into the best kind of nightmare - the kind designed keep dancefloors moving until sunrise.
