Dancing Astronaut presents Axis episode 110: Mixed by Matt Lange
Anjunabeats youngblood and LA native Matt Lange jumps on the Dancing Astronaut decks for his debut mix on a special Monday edition of Axis. In line with his Anjunadeep EP, Staccato, Lange's hour long offering to the dance music gods comes in the form of a tranquil and transcendent sonic experience. Opening with Pig & Dan's "Soulstice," the multifaceted Lange sets a melodramatic tone early, ebbing and flowing through a collection of beautifully composed pieces including Sasha's remix of "Hey Now" and his own originals "Ether" and "Staccato." Wrapping up the mix, Lange showcases his powerful remix of Anjuna head honchos, Above & Beyond's "Good For Me," bringing the 13-track collection to an anthemic end.
