The brainchild of German production talent Tim B. and his friend Den Ishu, Satin Jackets have established themselves as tentpoles in the indie dance discussion. Furthering their influence in the lower BPM range, their latest groove-driven output comes in remix form, this time reworking Salt Ashes "Somebody." The debut single from 22-year old Velga Sanchez, "Somebody" is defined by the Brit songbird's evocative wails, vocals that are effortlessly juxtaposed by The Jackets lush padwork and tinsel-coated piano rolls.

These two German producers, probably best known thus far for their track "You Make Me Feel Good" and other sounds a la bigger labels like French Express, are out this week with their latest chilled out tune "Boys & Girls" with Eric Cozier on vocals.
