Topher Jones – Talk About It (Original Mix)
Topher Jones, the producer behind the tongue-in-cheek "Brohammer," ditches the frat-fueled style of his past productions and gears his latest original towards the big room club base with "Talk About It." Featuring Katie Sky on vocal duties, the Ultra-supported producer frames the mix with twinkling piano builds and electro-charged melodies to create a sing-a-long worthy track destined to dig its claws into the global club scene. The perfect addition to your big room vocal playlist, "Talk About It" is available today via Ultra Records.
Afrojack and Diplo set to perform at the Indianapolis 500
It has just been announced that Afrojack and Diplo are scheduled to perform during the 97th Indianapolis 500 on Sunday, May 26 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The duo follow in the footsteps of Benny Benassi who performed there last year - a combination that may seem a bit odd, but is proof that electronic music's influence continues to grow. Presented by Miller Light, the event is scheduled to take place at Turn 3 in "The Snake Pit." The party will start at 7 am, with Indianapolis native Topher Jones, opening for the event.
Tritonal – Azuca (Topher Jones Remix)
Topher Jones, most recently of "Brohammer" fame, takes on Tritonal's extremely melodic progressive track "Azuca" for his most recent release, out today on Spinnin' Records. If you're someone who appreciates a tinge of melody but always wants that really fat electro drop, Topher's remix is going to be right up your alley. He keeps a good portion of the song intact, but totally erases Chad & Dave's sing-songy break in favor of a far grungier style. Bravo Topher, we'll be headbanging and shuffling to this one for days.
Topher Jones – Brohammer (Nari and Milani Remix)
Dearest bros (and bro-ettes) we come to you today with the most bro-rific, bro-tastic, bro-nified remix in recent memory from none other than Nari and Milani -- the same duo that brought us the monstrously huge (but much less bro-y) "Atom." These two prove their production prowess yet again, this time around they take a swing at Topher Jones's tongue-in-cheek, dubstep jam "Brohammer" transforming the original's frat-tastic facade with a fast-paced bass line and techno grit. Similar to "Atom" the production quality here is top notch and the groove is extremely infectious.
