Deadmau5 trolls Hardwell, sends fan jar of toilet water in the mail
In response to the release of Dutch superstar Hardwell‘s Eclipse fragrance last October, the king of trolls, deadmau5, sent a fan a mason jar of toilet water in the mail and charged them $50 for it.
Deadmau5 previously announced on Twitch that he would be auctioning off a bottle of his aptly-dubbed eau de toilette with the proceeds set to be donated to the Extra Life children’s charity. Nevertheless, the toilet water sold in less than a minute to one “lucky” fan, along with a signed picture of the mau5trap boss and his cat.
This isn’t the first time Joel Zimmerman has supported the Extra Life charity, which hosts international video game fundraising events for children’s hospitals. In August 2017, he spent $15,000 on a bottle of Szechuan sauce while he raised over $50,000 earlier this month in the name of the same charity.
