STAR SEED return to mau5trap for first solo release, ‘Chemicals’ with Catlea

STAR SEED are back on mau5trap. The duo made their initial debut on the label in January with “11:11,” which arrived as a part of mau5trap’s We Are Friends, Vol. 11 compilation album that included tracks from established artists like the label boss deadmau5 and Kasablanca, as well as up-and-comers like Sysdemes and Speaker Honey. Now, STAR SEED have teamed up with Catlea for their first-ever standalone single with the label, “Chemicals.”

“Chemicals” is just another example of the diverse sonic soundscapes that make up the STAR SEED discography. The Dancing Astronaut Artist to Watch alums take a step back from their melodic side and highlight driving bass on their newest single to accompany a compelling vocal from Catlea. “Chemicals” follows STAR SEED’s Pathfinder EP on Ophelia Records as well as their ESSENCE EP on Lost In Dreams.
