After teaming up with such heavyweights as Laidback Luke, Tiësto, and Steve Aoki, Jakarta’s Angger Dimas has once again struck out on his own, releasing his debut EP on Dim Mak. The three track Don’t Look Back in Angger shows the young producer’s depth as it ventures from electro to moombahton and back, all while maintaining a unique bounce.

After the success of “She Got It,” Dimas turned again to Vandalism for a collab on “Good Stuff,” a ramped up moombah tune with an infectious lyric. The EP then ventures to “Never Been,” a track with a cascading electronica sound and a disco bass before turning to an instrumental intro with heavy electro undertones on “Gotta Be.” With a full-length album due in August, Dimas’ first EP gives just a taste of what’s in store.
