MAKJ – Springen (Original Mix)

Los Angeles up-and-comer MAKJ continues to build upon his enviable momentum with a festival-ready release on the Bingo Players‘ Hysteria Records imprint. “Springen” means “to jump” in German, and the 22-year-old’s new single seems well-tailored to induce just that. Featuring a stuttered synth drop that varies in pattern and pitch to build in intensity, the track fits well within the post-“Epic” minimal drop movement that has subsumed big room house as of late. Already being supported by some of the biggest names in the business during this summer’s first-half festivals, “Springen” sports all the looks of a main stage mainstay for the latter half of the season as well.
