After successfully teaming up to create their Rimbu label, Gregor Salto and Wiwek have once again joined creative forces on “Intimi.” Proving a worthy collab partner for Salto’s first Mixmash release since Foxy, Wiwek’s unique sound helped bring the production deeper into the jungle. Somewhere between electro house and soca, the track breaks a bit from either producers’ mold and heaves with a tribal beat. Between a dizzying melody, bumping bassline and island vocal, “Intimi” brings fans closer to the studio magic caused when two Dutch stars align.
