Sub Focus previews ‘Eclipse’ ahead of Monday release of ‘Torus’
The official release of Sub Focus’s sophomore album Torus is right around the corner. With the massive tracklist already revealed, September 30th could not come any sooner. Further enticing our bass music palate, the producer has uploaded “Eclipse,” a track exclusively reserved for the Deluxe Edition of the album. While much of the Brit bass phenom’s newer music has showcased a more pop-friendly tendency, “Eclipse” is the Sub Focus we’ve known and loved. The track begins with a grandiose melody backed by a sparkling arpeggio, paving the way for some flawless liquid drum ‘n’ bass and drumstep. If the tune is representative of the album as a whole, Torus could potentially stand as one of the albums of the year — we hope you’re ready.
