With well-oiled keys and infectious samples at the center of this groovy offering, the duo summons the spirit of heyday house music without the dated production values. Past the garage throwbacks and murky low-end undertones recent times have thrown at us, Chordashian strikes a nostalgic note worth holding that, if kept to such a consistent high for 2014, could make them one of New York’s most valuable dance assets by a mile.
