Eric Prydz previews next EP in line from Pryda
It’s been five months since Eric Prydz unleashed “Liberate” and took the electronic music world by storm with his first original output of 2014. Fast forward to the middle of summer and we’re now teased with four previews of impending Pryda Recordings releases.
The four teasers represent the unrelenting level of quality we’ve come to expect from progressive house’s strongest supporter, despite their drastically different aesthetics. “Mija” brings along a multilayer melody that is accented by a sharp vocal sample and ominous chordplay while “Axis” is reminiscent of his alter-ego, Cirez D, whose dark synths and heavy drums dominate the preview. With information now revealed, the four teasers leave listeners hungry for the next release from camp Pryda.
