Mat Zo spent the summer giving away collaborations and original mixes. Now emerging following a rendition of I See MONSTAS’ “Circles,” the British luminary has placed Alex Metric’s latest original mix in his cross-hairs. Harkening back to his drum and bass days before becoming a progressive-trance stalwart, Mat Zo places frenetic drums over a pulsating bassline. The remix joins previously showcased versions from Laidback Luke, Galantis, and Cassian, but the newest interpretation to arrive online adds another genre to the original mix’s pedigree.
