Dirtyphonics are gearing up to deliver their latest studio project, Write Your Future, teasing fans with another new track prior to the EP’s February 17th release via Dim Mak Records. The French production outfit has teamed up with trap authority ƱZ and Atlanta-based rap star Trinidad James for the latest track from the upcoming EP, aptly titled, “Hustle Hard.” And while James and ƱZ have proven to be a noteworthy pairing on past collaborations, adding Dirtyphonics’ distinct bass-heavy production style to the mix, and the product is an sub-rattling trap cut that blends each contributor’s additions perfectly.
“Hustle Hard” opens with a vicious intro by Trinidad James, followed by a stomping break and clipped samples sprinkled throughout tightly wound hi-hat hits. James comes in for a second unapologetic spit before a commanding vocal loop brings the tune’s crisp final drop. Thundering bass hits and party-primed samples laced throughout the track’s heavy synths show a notable synergy between each of the artists, as everyone’s styles are factored into the mix.
