First, it sees the return of Aphrohead: an alias for Chicago house legend Felix Da Housecat which spawned a flurry of techno hits in the late ’90s. Second, it signals the return of Art Department after Kenny Glasgow decided to part ways with Jonny White. The resulting remix is a slow-building tech house escapade, as swift drums are placed adjacent to dark and smoldering synths.

Dates at Electric Daisy Carnival and Osheaga await the now one-person Art Department and his remix seems to be the perfect addition to the arsenal of one of the genre’s most lauded tastemakers.
