Tidal launches new family plan to stay on par with Apple Music

Despite losing former interim CEO Peter Tonstad in late June, Tidal has not given up just yet. The music streaming platform announced yesterday that it will soon offer family pricing — a parallel to Apple Music’s family plan that offers groups of six people the service for $14.99. Tidal, on the other hand, affords the original subscriber its service for $9.99, while up to four additional users are eligible for a $4.99 subscription.
Even with a new and improved pricing plan, Tidal is still much more expensive than that of Apple Music. Which will you choose?
