3LAU remixes Justin Bieber’s ‘Sorry’ in latest ‘Dance Floor Filth’ playlist [Free Download]

Mashup extraordinaire 3LAU has built a cult-like following over his years as a DJ with lively mixes and creative re-works, most of which were given away for free. During the latter half of 2015, the dance world saw a more experimental side of the Vegas native as he tackled chillout and trance with his Alive Again EP, later collaborating with Bright Lights for trap cut “Runaway.”

The new year has set in, and with it has come the return of the 3LAU we’re used to with his annual Dance Floor Filth playlist. Among a list of popular hits incorporated into the mix such as “Hello” with Odesza’s “Say,” another audience-stealing remix appears at the bottom of the list. Recognizing Justin Bieber’s return to musical popularity and his integration into EDM, 3LAU made his own anthemic house version of “Sorry,” laying the Canadian star’s apologetic vocals over a breakdown reminiscent of 2011-era Dutch house with a cacophony of layered synth progressions. Like others on this list, 3LAU’s interpretation of Bieber is downloadable for free here.
