Bob Moses’ performance of “Tearing Me Up” on the Ellen DeGeneres show has racked up over 41,000 views on YouTube, with the official video pulling in over 155,000 views. Now RAC takes the moody love-letter and breathes new life into the shuffled four-on-the-floor beat structure, capturing every lyric’s feeling with fuller baselines and lighter breaks in the vocals.
RAC draws on the two poles (organic band and all-electronic) in the duo’s music philosophy, to pull at the heartstrings, just in time for valentine’s day.
