If Eric Prydz’s recent stint in Los Angeles proved anything, it’s that the Swedish producer is in a league of his own. With his blockbuster production EPIC 4.0 — which sold out back-to-back nights at the Hollywood Palladium — Prydz set a new standard for visual production. Standing within a behemoth prism of lasers and lights, Prydz commanded thunderous selections while giant holograms danced in front of him. The awe-inspiring spectacle consisted solely of his own productions and edits — a rarity in modern DJ sets.
