Loco Dice teams up with Bridges for Music to aid South African youth center

Youth centers are a source of large influence for Desolat owner Loco Dice, who remains grateful to the one in his home town of Düsseldorf, Germany that gave him guidance and direction as a child. Placed now in a position of power thanks to his successful career as a DJ, producer, and label boss, Loco Dice will be paying the good deeds forward in aiding a South African youth center himself.

Dice has collaborated with nonprofit Bridges For Music to help raise funds for the Kliptown Youth Center in South Africa, where children are offered a safe haven. Dice holds the center close to his heart; “I feel my African roots, and I remember how important a local youth center in my hometown of Düsseldorf was for me. There is music in the Kliptown Youth Center and there are kids who otherwise might not have a chance to create and express themselves,” he told the press.

Loco Dice has prior history with Bridges For Music. Last year, he signed on to a tour throughout South Africa to promote music for children, helping organize educational workshops and performing for donations to the charity which would later be used for youth services.
