NGHTMRE releases chilling new remix of Travis Scott’s ‘Goosebumps’
Most of Travis Scott‘s output provides the perfect canvas for monstrous trap remixes, though taking a stab at Scott’s catalogue successfully requires a high degree of finesse. NGHTMRE just stepped up to the plate with a take on the Houston-based rapper and Kendrick Lamar‘s “Goosebumps” that essentially sets the bar for all future Travis Scott remixes. Equal parts grimy and industrial, NGHTMRE flips “Goosebumps” into a chill-inducing setlist igniter of unadulterated trap mayhem.
The original tune, off of 2016’s Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight, has become a trap set staple since its release, thanks to its tightly wound hi-hat rolls and addictive crowd-rousing hook. Now, with NGHTMRE’s new souped-up take on “Goosebumps,” expect this remix to be leveling festival crowds all summer.
