Run The Jewels have created their own beer, ‘Stay G-O-L-D’

In addition to their career as highly respected, socially- and politically-conscious rappers, Run The Jewels have returned to a previous creative outlet: brewing. Killer Mike and El-P previously partnered with Goose Island to produce a Belgian wheat ale in 2013. Now, the duo has joined with Brooklyn’s Interboro Spirits and Ales to produce the hippest of beers: an IPA.

Named “Stay G-O-L-D” after the sixth track on RTJ’s latest album, Run The Jewels 3,the group debuted the brew at their Terminal 5 show in NYC. The beer is available in limited quantities now and be sure to check out the brief video, soundtracked, of course, by the namesake track, of the brewing process below:
