Aly & Fila team up with Ferry Tale for “Concorde”

Trance music producer duo Aly & Fila might not be household names in North America, but the Egyptians boast an impressive production repertoire (which includes an Essential Mix) and are nothing short of legends in their sub-genre of electronic music. The two also have their own label, FSOE Recordings, which, much like Aly & Fila themselves, has its own niche following and remains dedicated to pumping out consistently good trance music.

Their latest work is a collaboration with French trance veteran Ferry Tale and is aptly titled “Concorde,” due to its gorgeous, uplifting sounds. “Concorde” features a rather raw and techy intro, which melds smoothly into the main spine of the track, in which Aly & Fila have sampled ethereal vocal chops, ably complemented by delicate chord progressions. All these components help heighten anticipation for the silky, uplifting drop, which truly is the standout element of this well-rounded single.
