Having just announced a brand new album titled In My Last Life, due for an August 24 release, the prolific producer piques mass curiosity in what’s to come with the LP’s inaugural single, “Immortal Lover.” Bass buzzes accompany refreshing clicks of percussion, creating a nuanced canvas for Ane Brun and Alison May’s warm harmonies. Soon, synth chords introduce themselves into their mix, prompting a sense of sentimentality and creating an atmosphere comparable to an Imogen Heap composition.
