Muzzy drops a drum ‘n’ bass bombshell for Rocket League x Monstercat, ‘Horsepower’
Just before the release of the fourth Monstercat x Rocket League collaborative album, Muzzy has made his tremendous presence known with “Horsepower.”
The maniacally paced production jolts the listener through winding utopian highways, a mass of flames protruding from the rear. “Horsepower” is the ideal racing soundtrack, with its relentless percussion and demonically delicious bass patterns. Muzzy’s latest will have Rocket League gamers questioning if their big-wheeled caravans have just acquired a set of wings.
Muzzy has been in the bass game (specifically of the 170BPM+ variety) since he discovered the dazzling madness of drum ‘n’ bass patrons of Pendulum. The UK producer has been a Monstercat mainstay ever since, and serial victor of the prestigious DNB Awards.
