Don Diablo takes on Miley Cyrus and Mark Ronson in new remix
Don Diablo takes a stab at another official remix this year, altering Mark Ronson and Miley Cyrus‘ “Nothing Breaks Like A Heart” into an groovy future house heater. With underlying, heavy synths and filtered horns, the first verse is brought up with a piano chord progression that implores listeners to dance.; the Don himself called it “piano house” on Twitter. Miley’s twangy vocals sink nicely into the bed Diablo has created for them, wrapping around a bouncy drop that’s filled with horns and dance pop percussion for an extra helping of catchiness more well-suited for the club.
Reddit future house aficionados recently crowned Don Diablo as the genre’s top player in 2018, and by the start of 2019, the Dutch DJ emerged with an official future house remix of Panic! At The Disco’s chart topping “High Hopes,” which also showcased the funky electro house atmosphere with a piano progression to match.
