Watch slowthai and Mura Masa deliver raucous ‘Deal Wiv It’ performance on ‘Fallon’
Making his US television debut, Mura Masa teamed up with slowthai to perform their collaborative riot-pop anthem “Deal Wiv It” on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The track appears on the 23 year-old producer’s sophomore studio album R.Y.C. and preceded the album release as one of four singles. R.Y.C. marked an artistic shift for Mura Masa away from his success as a dance music producer and towards nostalgic guitar punk music.
The duo’s live performance sees rapper slowthai get raucous as he jumps onto Fallon’s desk and rap to his face. Watch the full video below.
Since his joint track with Mura Masa, slowthai has hopped on Gorillaz‘s latest track, “Momentary Bliss.” The song is the highlight focus of the upcoming Gorillaz project Song Machine‘s debut episode, released Jan. 30.
