Watch Ben Böhmer’s hot air balloon set over Turkey’s Cappadocia Park
Cercle are known for throwing shows in the most incredible of places, but they might have outdone themselves with their latest event. To follow up their collaboration with Disclosure at Croatia’s Plitvice Lakes National Park, Cercle took to the skies for the first time with melodic house producer, Ben Böhmer.
The rising star performed a serene sunrise set from a hot air balloon high above Cappadocia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in central Turkey. Böhmer’s performance comprised only his own material, including the title track from his most recent EP, Phases.
Cercle also used the event as the platform to announce the launch of their new label, Cercle Records. The first release on the label will be a track Böhmer penned specially for the affair, fittingly titled “Cappadocia.” The single, which debuted during Böhmer’s performance, will be released on September 10.
